In the following excerpt of his Priesthood Expounded, published in 1985, Ross W. LeBaron writes about the Godhead and its relation to the different priesthood orders.

Lesson No. 1:
All Priesthood is Melchizedek
To correctly think, one must have his mind properly programmed in the DOCTRINE OF THE PRIESTHOOD. From the time of Moses the thinking mind has repeatedly SAID; “HOLY PRIESTHOOD after the ORDER OF THE SON of GOD”. Moses held it, Christ held it, and Joseph Smith held it.
The time has come for people to RE-THINK. THE SETTING IN ORDER will take place by those who obey the LAWS of the PRIESTHOOD.
It is impossible to obey the laws, unless one understands the KEYS of the PRIESTHOOD.
To properly program the mind on PRIESTHOOD DOCTRINE one should say:
HOLY PRIESTHOOD after the order of GOD THE FATHER.
HOLY PRIESTHOOD after the order of GOD THE SON.
HOLY PRIESTHOOD after the order of GOD THE HOLY GHOST.
MELCHIZEDEK PRIESTHOOD after the order of GOD THE FATHER.
MELCHIZEDEK PRIESTHOOD after the order of GOD THE SON.
MELCHIZEDEK PRIESTHOOD after the order of GOD THE HOLY GHOST.
GOD THE FATHER…………………………..ADAM…………MICHAEL.
GOD THE SON…………………………………JESUS CHRIST.
GOD THE HOLY GHOST…………………..JOSEPH SMITH THE TESTATOR.
TWO PRIESTHOODS BY DESCENT.
THE PRIESTHOOD after the order of GOD THE FATHER . . . .ADAM
THE PRIESTHOOD after the order of GOD THE SON.
ADAM HELD BOTH PRIESTHOODS.
Adam conferred the Holy Order of God upon Seth, and the Holy Order of the Son of God upon Abel.
The Holy Order of God has the authority to confer the priesthood of the Son of God; but the Order of the Son can not confer the Holy Order of God.
Joseph Smith had the right to use his own name for his Church, his Priesthood, and his Twelve Apostles; as he was the third God in the Holy Trinity of, FATHER, SON, and HOLY GHOST . . . .ADAM, CHRIST, AND JOSEPH SMITH.
Christ is not under Adam in the Holy Trinity; But Noah is next under Adam in the Patriarchal Order of God the Father. Christ is King of Kings in the patriarchal Order, the third office of Patriarch, Priest, and King.
Melchizedek is to Noah, what Christ is to Adam. To understand Priesthood, one must understand more about the resurrection of the dead, and that there is a form of reincarnation suitable to the economy of heaven.
It is impossible that one has had life forever and only one mortal body?
